Shipping refrigerant and HVAC equipment

Refrigerant cylinders ship via hazmat-compliant freight carriers in line with ADR transport regulations. Equipment (recovery machines, vacuum pumps, gauge sets, leak detectors) ships via standard parcel courier.

Delivery times

• Equipment: 2–4 business days within Germany, 3–7 business days EU-wide
• Refrigerant cylinders: 3–6 business days within Germany, 5–10 business days EU-wide (freight scheduling required)

Freight & packaging

Cylinders are palletized and secured to freight standards for hazardous goods. A signature is required on delivery. Someone must be present to receive freight shipments — we'll contact you to schedule a delivery window in advance.

Damaged or missing shipments

Inspect cylinders and equipment on arrival. Report any transit damage within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and get a replacement moving.
