Do I need certification to buy from BellaMery?

Yes, for refrigerant gas purchases. You must be F-Gas certified (or hold an equivalent certification such as EPA 608/609 outside the EU), or be a wholesaler/reseller purchasing for resale to certified technicians. Equipment purchases don't require certification.

Can I set up a trade or Net-30 account?

Yes. Contact our trade desk with your business registration and certification details.

What refrigerants do you stock?

R-410A, R-32, R-454B, and R-407C, in multiple cylinder sizes. If you need a refrigerant not listed, contact us — we can usually source it.

How is refrigerant shipped?

Via hazmat-compliant freight in line with ADR transport regulations. See our Shipping & Delivery page for timelines.

What if my equipment arrives faulty?

All equipment carries a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty & Returns page.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes — 10% off orders of 5+ items with code TRADE10, and 15% off orders over €1,500 with code BULK15. Larger recurring orders can be quoted directly through a trade account.
