Equipment warranty

All recovery machines, vacuum pumps, manifold gauge sets, and leak detectors carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact our trade desk with your order number and a description of the fault to start a warranty claim.

Refrigerant returns

For safety and regulatory reasons, opened or tamper-evident-broken refrigerant cylinders cannot be returned. Unopened cylinders in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking and return-freight fee, since these are hazardous goods.

Equipment returns

Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorization.
